He is the Chief Executive Officer, Human Resource Manager and also the Head of Production Department of Prime Youth Media Concepts.

Ossai Chionye Raphael

Ossai is a young man who believes his entire life is to bring glory to God. He has attended numerous leadership seminars, including the Global Young Leaders Conference in the United States and also has a Diploma in Professional Freelance Journalism. His eye for impacting positively on youths and teenagers inspired him to be a part of Prime Youth Media Concepts. He is the Chief Operating Officer.

Adedayo Akinola .A.

Adedayo is the Financial Director of Prime Youth Media Concepts. A professional, with a keen eye on excellence and a team player who has contributed immensely to the growth of PYMC since its inception.

Personnel recruitment and selection process:

• Employment is open to anyone who has an interest in assisting the company to achieve its objective and is willing to adhere to the conditions guiding the affairs of the company.

• Preference shall, at all time, be given to young and efficient undergraduates in Nigerian Universities.

• Where it is considered employment would be detrimental to the objective of the company, the management has the power to refuse, or may terminate or suspend the employment of such personnel.

Personnel training and development process:

• Periodically, the company organizes meetings, training courses, events and seminars, to improve its employees’ knowledge and skills in such areas as entrepreneurship, information and technology, marketing, and so on.
